I’m 21 5’8″ 130lbs and lean. I am looking to start bodybuilding and I’m unsure of where to start. I already do cardio 4-5 times a week being in the NAVY but I want to start building muscle and toning up a little more. What kind of fitness shakes, routines and eating habits are recommended?

well start slow by doing a daily workout u can ask a friend or the internet always has good one do a fullbody workout start slow with low weight and eventually u will build muscle and be able to do more then move on to a more intense workout. . . i take Whey protein (which u can buy at Walmart or GNC) RIGHT after i workout. . . . . i suggest this. . . just dont take it on days where u dont work out as it puts on fat. . . . also make sure u do everything thats on the workout for the day dont skip anything

They cover basic workouts and a comprehensive listing of suitable exercises for each body part depending on what equipment is available. Read the whole thing. Working out with a partner can also be useful, especially for safety on some of the free weight exercises.
