not really. i have tried several fat loss products over the past couple years when i was doing a cut phase. . i ended up junking them from my supplement list after my first cut phase using them cuz they suck. what a waste of money, but if you feel compelled to try them, go ahead. im sure you will agree in the end that they are garbage. if you start taking them when you begin a diet, you will not know if they are working. i had a very strict diet and training regimen when i added the diet pills and i was able to see that it did not matter whether i took them or not.
Everyone will respond differently and results are dependent on many factors. Most thermogenic compounds work to speed up vascular production and burn calories more intensely, but in the end there is no substitute for a proper diet and a good exercise regimen. “Calories in” vs. “calories out”. There are no shortcuts.
