At 16, iam beginning bodybuilding, what supplements should i take only protein shakes?

iam an ectomorph and 16 and just starting out…
and how many days should i split it 3,4, or 5

    whey/multivitamin/fish oil. all you need really, anything else is unnecessary. for the split, do whatever suits you best

    at 16, be careful what you take. if you really want to supplement i recommend a multi-vitamin and omega 3 (flax or fishoil). you would take those everyday, and protein shakes after you lift weights.
