    @suffo1337 Thats pretty much the point on the shakes bro. I mean if ur skinny tryin to buff up then it goes without saying that u r gonna need to take in alot more calories in order to achieve the results u are looking for. Sure u can do it all through eating healthy and such but most people do not have time 4 lunch sometimes much less taking in the amount of food needed to build a massive physique dip shit. Thats what the shakes r for protien, calories, and carbs u fuckin queef tard

    magnesium is the best suppliment ive ever taken, i have it after workouts and before bed. i never get sore muscles in the morning now. also helps you sleep :D

    wile you are right your not getting the point of supplements, the spartans trained their entire life to get their bodies where they were, good supplements can help you get to where you want to be in months so ur right they didnt have protein shakes but then again they didnt get results as fast as you would taking supplements

    sorry I should have been more specific. When I said “shit food”, I meant stuff that wasnt processed in a factory and is completely organic, as well as junk food. The protein shakes come in handy if you need to up your protein intake and gain weight. If you’re trying to gain weight and add muscle the extra calories will help as well. my point is, it’s a lot harder to get what you need from food today than it was even as little as 50 years ago.

    well don’t eat junk food then?. . . . The supplements do not help you at all. The only thing that might give your muscles a bit of energy kick is Creatine. The rest is easily achieved by eating healthy. Also alot of shakes and stuff contain quite a lot of calories.
