i wanna start building muscle, ive had many failed attempts in the past so im hoping 2009 is the year for me, i see so many different supplements on the shelves promising the best results blah blah, i just wanna know from individuals experiences what you have used and what works, and how you used it? Any adverse affects id any? Thanks

a good protein diet will help alot, get some whey protein and use it in place of snacks or right after weight training. just follow the instructions on the package for mass building. good luck!
