I don’t want to become a body builder or anything and i dont want to bulk up and get big. I’m a 170 pounds and 5’3”. I want to get down to 125. So i want ways to exercise without getting bulky.

Basically, if you want to tone and not “build bulk” you need to do lower weights, higher reps.
bodybuilding. com. All facets of fitness from fitness models (tone and sexy). . . . . to all out female bodybuilders. And by the way. . . . . avg. females that aren’t taking testosterone support will not get bulky from weight lifting. Just not enough testosterone in the female body to get “that” huge.
