In competition, bodybuilders tend to look very old. Their faces look very aged and kind of saggy and their bodies are extremely pronounced like they haven’t eaten for about a week and did nothing but go to the gym. Veins protruding and nothing but muscle is seen. At a photoshoot however, the skin tends to be lighter, smoother, and the muscles look more natural instead of chiseled, jagged rocks. I know its not JUST the magic of photoshoots so what do they do differently?
