im starting maximuscle cyclone in 2 weeks, and im currently on creatine capsules. 3 before a work out and 3 after a workout… on days that i do weights. from what i know Maximuscle cyclone is a combination of protien creatine and some other stuff, so should i continue to take my creatine caps alongside the cyclone supplement or stop taking the capsules.
