    @asda6572 , “Real men don’t supplement. ”

    That’s one of the dumbest thing i ever heard. You don’t get supplements you don’t grow simple as that. Just ask any decent looking guy from your gym if he takes anything

  4. liquidpower says:

    @0hkieeDohkiee Protein is more important with out the protein the muscles cant grow, even if it has Creatine.

  13. nickv11763 says:

    there are a few different kinds of creatine some are before some are after take 2g’s before and 2g’s after and don’t take anymore then that some people stay on it all year long then years later there in the doctors office because there kidneys are messed up so only take it on the days you work out and try to stay off it for a few months a year

  14. papasitoman says:

    My friend, creatine exists in the body anyway. If you take it before or after it doesn’t make any significant difference. It helps me gain a little weight and I notice that it does help me overall but if you’re worried about one hour before or directly after or one hour after etc don’t worry! Some trainers swear to use it before (I take it after my workout). Good luck!

  15. woa11 says:

    i confused cause my creatine is post workout

  16. opusde says:

    glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body ,its stored in muscles and liver. without glutamine your stores of glycogen would be very low and you would feel exhaused . creatine is brillant for recovery about 3 grams is equaviition to a 8 to 10 oz beef steak,i could not train as good and recover as quick without them. ken[dublin ireland]

    I tried this site and got “Address Not Found”, did they move.

  18. drumminsensation says:

    bollucks video, between 1. 5-2g of protein, plus you’re only giving half the information needed.
    You’re also making it sound as thought THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.
    It is not essential to have creatine or glutamine, they do help but its not essential by all means, people are getting very big off just supplementing whey protein, and also without supplementing at all.

    so please stop the supplementation spam n making people think they need to buy your supplements to become bigger

  19. glasgowmuso says:

    you need more protein than 0. 5-1 per pound of body weight. fact. Look for 1-1. 75
