Do Amway body building Protein really help?

I am 16 and half years boy. Which Exercise should I do if I take it? Will it work if I don’t do any exercise? any better body building protein?

    it wont work if you dont exercise! depends how much you want to bulk up, you will need to work to show results of course

    If your not going to work out, there is no reason to take protein,unless your a Vegan or need extra protein,
    If your going to work out with weights, i’d suggest , Squats, Bench Press, Arm Curls, and Leg Presses,
    Amway makes excellent products, a bit costly but you get what you pay for. Other than protein, I would think about adding Creatine for better results.

    if your working out with weights then you should be using whey protein
    because thats how you rebuild your muscles
    or if your not getting enough protein in your diet u take it to get all your amino acids

    in terms of exercises you need each muscle trianed once a week
    example

    mon chest, biceps
    tue triceps , back
    wed shoulders
    thur legs

    select 4 different exercises per muscle do 4 sets per exercise 6-8 reps per exercise

    If you want to have muscular body than you need to choose a good body building workout plan ,There are different plans for beginner,If you need more info about it we may discuss further next time for it. However whey protein is best and you should use it when you do a body building workout.
