    Take it at least 30 min after workout, thats when your muscles are very fatigued and lactic acid in the muscle fibers start to form. It will help in the regeneration of the muscle tissue and you wont be as sore for as long. Any more than twice a day is just a waste.

    Thw weight gainer should definitely be taken after the workout. . . Before the workout you need more carbs than protiens. . . . That too must be taken half hour to one hour before you start. Bananas are the best for this purpose.
