Ahhh, the ultimate female bodybuilder in my book ! Tonya Knight ! She physically had it all ! Looks, excellent muscle size, beautiful shapes, perfect skin, femininity, she was awesome ! She didn&#8217;t quite have the necessary package to be winning Ms Olympia but in my opinion her physique aesthetically looked better than those women anyway. Tonya probably was better known for portraying &#8220;Gold&#8221; on the original &#8220;American Gladiators for I believe 3 years. Despite how awesome looking some other female bodybuilders over the years have looked none will beat Tonya in my opinion. My favorite of all time.<!-- pingbacker_start --><br />

Fifty percent of the foods we consume, such as fish, tuna or meat, contain creatine.  Creatine is also ingested through a natural meat-eating diet.  Our kidneys and liver produce 50% of creatine.  <br/><br/>Creatine is one of the most commonly used sports supplements by bodybuilders and anyone who wish to maximize their workouts, enhance their high-intensity sports performance, and gain edge in anaerobic athletic competitions.  What are the formulations of creatine? When we talk of formulation of a sport supplement, we do refer to their respective types.  <br/><br/>In the case of creatine, its types or formulations include, however, not limited to the following: <br/><br/>• Creatine Monohydrate <br/><br/>• Ester Ethyl Hydrochloride creatine, or Ester Creatine <br/><br/>• Creatine Citrate, <br/><br/>• Creatine Ester Ethyl Now, you can also find on the market chewable creatinas, and liquid drink creatine.
