   My eyes would be glued to her if she was running by on a beach I was fortunate to be in on that day Wow, she’s in her 40s, too. . nice!

   Ariel, you certainly don’t get it. Fern is a 40 year old mother of four who only began to seriously get in shape after five years ago. She has radically transformed what she calls a “skinny/flabby” body into one that is fit and shapely by serious amounts of exercise and attention to diet. She is not a professional model and what you see in the video is not “genetics” as much as a lot of hard work and effort. Fern is an inspiration as to what is possible in getting fit later in life.
