    15 grams of sugar for a whole day is extremely low. I’m not a expert but according to certain site an average person needs 40 grams of sugar a day.

    I’m the picky-est when it comes to milk. I love milk by the gallon! I never thought I’d be able to drink anything other than good old moo cow juice but the Almond Breeze (unsweetened) is really good stuff. Been on the Belly Fat Cure for about 2 weeks now and I’ve lost 8 lbs. And thats with NO excersize what soever!
