Help me decide on my workout routine?

What I want to do is simply light weight lifting or resistance and cardio. As cardio, I do interval training. It is not recommended to do for more than 3 times a week, so I have to fill the other days with something.
I’ll do interval training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The thing is, I don’t know if I should do the resistance part the same day before intervals or on a different day that I do steady-state cardio. I’ll always do it before cardio, not after. And how many times a week do I do resistance?
Also I like to swim or play tennis to mix things up a bit.

Mon- resistance, interval training
Tue- steady-state cardio
Wed- resistance, interval training
Thu- steady-state cardio
Fri- resistance, interval training
Sat- rest
Sun- swim or tennis

Does this look good? I will greatly appreciate suggestions, tips, ideas, or anything.

By the way, I’m 16, female, 5’1, 110lbs. I’m not planning to be a bodybuilder, lol.
