ABOUT ME: 5’4″, 25y.o, female, 213lbs.. Want to get down to 170 as mid-point and 145 as satisfactory. 128 would be ideal but don’t know if MY body would be able to do that.
Are there any low-calorie, low-carb, high-protein bodybuilder-type diets that are realistic to follow for weight loss?
Or would that just be Atkins? I don’t want to limit myself to TOTAL non-carb because I dont feel that’s livable.
I also want to limit the shakes. I can deal with fish for breakfast, fish for lunch, fish for dinner..

Basically I want an eating guideline that is very muscle-retention/muscle-growth conscious.
I did a very low calorie weight loss plan before and I was left with a 135lb body but it was mostly FLAB. Don’t want that to happen again!
South beach diet is an atkins modification with higher carbs.
