Ive tried to lose weight for the past 20 years on many diets , I have not ever reached my goal. I am not an active person , but do walk a lot( not fast). I have had breast cancer and my self esteem is at a low. I have no will power. I will be travelling next year and am desperate to lose weight, and look slim. Do any of the drink supplements work? does anyone know how to get the get up and go to succeed and what is the best way. I am not very patient and need to see quick results or I go off the diet. Is it worth trying the gym again , although I always seem to end up at the physio afterwards. Whats new and how do I succeed this time?

Trust me on this. There is no quick fix unless your willing to do the gastric bypass. Its all about diet and exercise. I’m not saying you have to say goodbye to chocolate or anything like that. You absolutely posotively have to exericise regularly and cut down on portion size. Try to eat smaller portions throughout the day and a reasonable dinner at night. Like maybe a 6 inch sub and chips from subway for lunch. And if you must have fast food for dinner be sensible about it. No upsizing. No adult needs that much food, its all about want. But do good through the week and set a day for a cheat meal once a week. Not a cheat day, just one meal. This will keep your body shocked, it wont get used to your good diet and make you level off. It will work if you are serious about it. But there are no quick fixes and anybody trying to lose wieght with fad diets will fail. You truely have to be motivated.
