How can I lose 10 pounds quickly without diet pills or supplements?

I want to lose about 10 pounds in about 2 weeks without pills. I eat pretty healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains and not a lot of fats. I also don’t over-eat and I exercise about 3-4 times a week. But those exercises don’t help me lose weight they just keep it at my current weight. I have plenty of time to exercise, I just don’t know what to try. I also don’t want to spend money on buying a DVD. Please Help.
