		<description>It is normal to have wear and tear on your knees as a body builder, but you trainer will show you the proper method to soften your knees to minimise the damage.
And you will not damage your knees to the point that you cannot walk.
Relax, you will be ok, just go slowly and if you have pain, in the knee or lower back, stop and take a break.
The exercises and the machines that are available now make it much safer
