The Best Bodybuilding and Muscle Building Resources Online

How come females doesnt like guys who work out?

I like to lift weights and I like to have a nice body. I am not a bodybuilder or anything because I dont like to have such a huge muscle mass that i can’t really whipe my own a** but I do have a nice body. However, I’ve noticed that when I told females I pump iron almost every day, they end up giving me this face like “eww”.

I understand that some girls think a guy who likes to have a nice body are vain and all he think about is his body but it’s not all true. The reason why i want to have a nice body is because it gives me more confidence in myself and it feels good to wake up in the morning realizing that you’re healthy. I aint a health freak too. What is wrong with just being healthy?

No wonder I see so many girls dating fat guys cus they think those guys can treat a girl right. I know how to treat a girl right but just cus I know how to treat my body right doesnt mean I cant treat a girl right. I dont look in the mirror 24/7 cus I know how I look already.
Working out takes hard work and dedication. Dont you ladies want a guy who is hard working and dedicated?

I think anyone too overly eager to get into their body has vanity issues. Do men like skinny women with bones sticking out? I mean different people like different things. I love a good body on a man, but a healthy normal looking one. Big muscles bulging out is a huge turn off to a lot of women. I mean your clothes should look like they actually fit with some room to breathe! Nothing is wrong with being healthy, maybe it is the women you are meeting. . . .

Where in the world do you live that the females around you don’t appreciate a nice body? It’s good to see you’re dedicated to something and it helps you stay healthy. Any girl who can’t appreciate that isn’t worth your time.

Well, maybe u shouldn’t tell your date that u pump iron everyday. I mean, can’t they tell by your bod? I guess it seems that if a guy says he works out, when it’s plain that he does, it’s like he’s trying to show off (not that u r) but it seems that way. So, just let the girls find out for themselves. Unless they ask how u keep in shape, then u can tell them.

I love guys who take care of their bodies cuz when u lay on them y can feel thier muscles and i think its hot. I dont like fat guys cuz then sometimes they look like thay could eat u. and not in a good wayLOL i would like to have a strong man cuz i know that he could kick anyones ass who would try to mess with me

I work out almost everyday too so i dont think thats is weird or gross. I mean like i run and lift weights but not alot. I run 2 miles every day usually. some days i only run 1 but u know sometime we have those days

so dont listen to the girls who dont like that u work out its hot and shows that u know whats good for u and ur body.

Well, I can only speak for myself, I have nothing wrong with dating someone who works out. Hell, I wish I could find a guy who workout so he could help me get in shape and learn the tricks of the trade. But, I do understand why some women may not enjoy dating guys who work out. Because, I have alot of male friend’s who lift weights and that”s all they ever talk about and i feel that i have to be in competition with the pills, shakes and everything else just to get a word in.
Another thing that I have known several people to say is that there are alot of gay and bisexual men who lift weights. That has always been a ongoing joke with me and a friend who use to work at the ymca. I know that that is not true but, I have heard that alot.
