   mix with warm water until dissolved then put a couple ice cubes in

   hi, my boyfriend uses creatine alot and hes tried loads of different ones but im sorry to tell you they all do the same and your left with the crunchy creatine at the bottom, but continously swirl it around as you drink it so less goes to the bottom. x

   sorry dude creatine doesnt disolve, you may want to try micronised creatine its much finer more like a powder. or you can try liquid greatine nothing to disolve there.
