Hi. I am a female, quite tall.. 6’1″.. i have always been athletic. 2 years ago I started working out to the extreme, I wanted to prove that a female could be reasonably strong and build as much muscle as most males. I had a bf at the time who was into bodybuilding and he was all for it. Well i gained quite a bit of muscle.. especially in my arms and legs.. and i don’t just mean tone.. I mean like bodybuilder looking muscle. I was doing bicep curls with 50 pound dumbells, and i could bench press 160 lbs… the end of last year I realized that what i did was a horrible mistake and I want my old body back. I have not been working out for almost a year.. no resistance training at all. I have heard that reducing calorie intake and doing lots of cardio could do the trick but i need to know the quickest way to get rid of it. I’m mainly hoping to get rid of the arm, shoulder, and trap muscles. I look very masculine and I cannot fit into alot of clothes I like. Don’t give me the whole muscle is good, and the more you have the better thing. I want answers. How do I get rid of this muscle quickly. Again I quit working out altogether and its still there. Someone help!!

O_O 6 foot 1???
50 pound dumbells??
holy shit
im a dude, 5’6 and can barely do 1 rep with 50 pounds
oh, and just dont eat any protien, just eat crap and sit around a lot. THAT will definitely help you lose muscle
The not eating protein is correct. I would take it a step further and say you will practically have to develop a Vegan diet for awhile. That means cutting out dairy in addition to meat. Bodybuilders in their offseason have a more smooth look when they don’t work out. You could actually lose the muscle faster by gaining weight but gaining a little weight via junk food.
Just get a little plump and then work the extra body fat down by cardio so you don’t gain muscle back while working off the junk food weight gain.
