How many grams of protein to build muscle (not trying be a bodybuilder or anything)?

I’m not trying to get huge and jacked or anything, but I want to build bigger muscles. I cannot afford a gym membership, so I’ll just be doing various push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and lunges at home. If I use a whey protein supplement, how many grams of protein should I be shooting for? And should I just drink it a few minutes after working out? How many times a week should I work out? Thanks.

    You should work out 5 days a week and take 1gram of protein for each pound you weigh.
