I am 15 years old and I lift regularly but would like to become stronger. Right now I just take Whey protein. Would you reccomend creatine and what are your experience with it?

No, don’t take creatine. It’s just crap that will give you nothing but temporary water weight and cause problems. You are doing it right with the whey protein. If you aren’t getting stronger then, well, maybe you should be getting more of it: you need 1 to 1. 5 grams of protein per pound that you weigh a day. You can do the math.
But yeah, don’t use creatine.
I used to take Whey Protein 2 years ago, my sophomore year. . . . . . . . took me a long time to get this big, I bought creatine online 2 days ago, on the Allthewhey. com protein site! 9. 95 bucks!
Hopefully nobody. Taken too much can cause a heart attack. And isn’t it illegal for sports in high school?
if you’re 15 then you really have no need for creatine. And yes, it does make you retain water, which makes you look bigger, but I’ve found that it increases my endurance during longer workouts. But creatine wont be much use to you since you’re only 15.
