I started weight lifting early this year. Average work out time for me is around 2-4 hours probably twice a week. However i do feel like working out every day. I am naturally fit. any suggestions…??

i did the same thing all Summer but i worked out 2-4 times a week
for 30 minutes to an hour. for like 6 weeks & i have gotten so much stronger & most of my flab is muscle but since ur fit i think that work out is great for u
I’d Say, You Should Workout Every Second Day.
Do It For 30-50 Minutes.
I Think This Is The Most Efficient Way.
You’ll Do It Fast And Let Your Body Rest.
Here’s A Schedule You Can Use:
Monday – Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Chest/Back
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Shoulders/Legs
Saturday & Sunday – Rest
This Will Workout The Whole Body In 1 Week.
Dont Do It For Too Long.
For Example: Biceps – 20 Min, Triceps – 20 Min
