    I like you videos but you are the only trainer that recommends higher reps for toning, my studies led me to believe that the only way to tone a muscle is by reducing the fat that covers it by diet and cardio ?

    Arnold does them wrong. . he uses a high weight and goes all the way to his head. i told my brother that he was doing them wrong and he is like “dude, its Arnold. . your nothing compared to him” . . fucking piece of shit lol
