    @FireFighter8865 do u feel it in ur rear delts? i dont even bother training front delts anymore, since bench pressing is enough and the mids and rears always need abit more

  2. FireFighter8865 says:

    @kentaycappone It’s an instructional video. They usually won’t put max weight on videos like this.

    @lbvedj

    Behind the neck presses are dangerous for the rotator cuffs of the shoulder.

    Also why would you do a barbell press after a dumbbell press?

    Unless you’re not a natural trainee, two presses is overkill especially if you bench press. Also, barbell before dumbbell.

  6. lbvedj says:

    can i do this behind the neck press after I do dumbell press?

    @RyScott85 go away with that crap!
    Ive have been on hunderts of “diets” and i havent lost a single pound. DIETS DONT WORK! Its DIEts, the solution its not diet, its working with you biology, and just eating normaly

  8. RyScott85 says:

    @TheBearHHH It’s DIET DIET DIET. . . and no one wants to hear that.

  9. iGustaf says:

    The muscle toning is very debated, but i think what he means is that the higher repetitions give you a better pump in you muscles which blows up the fascia that results in looking “toned”, but of course you need to lose the fast after bulking otherwise you wont see anything.

  10. TheBearHHH says:

    Muscles dont “tone up” they just grow, shrik or stay the same. If you want more definition you gotta train that muscle forn every angle and most important LOSE THE FAT thats covering the muscles! Thats all, higher reps with lighter weights are for muscular endurance not for growth!
