well to put on weight dont try drugs cas they have huge sideeffects instead try eating india food . . . .

  3. IAINTELLEN says:

Yes. The difference is about $12. That’s equal to about 12 McDonald’s cheeseburgers, and about as effective in helping you to gain weight.

A weight gainer will add weight and a protein powder will add protein to you diet. So I would say since you want to gain weight, you should go for a weight gainer. But protein powder will help build muscle – so I would also advise taking both since you don’t want just to add weigh which might turn into fat and not muscle.

yes weight gainer has lots of cabs and a little bit of protein.
protein powder is just mainly protein.

  6. Jack of All Trades says:

just body weight? eat more. I don’t recommend weight gainer.
For lean muscle weight, whey protein (pre, during, post workout) and casine protein directly before bed (skim milk will work too)
Look at your nutrition labels. Protein’s other nutrients are not the same. Some will make you gain more than just muscle. Generally, you get what you pay for.
