Make wrestling shoes grip agian?

I have a pair of wrestling shoes that still fit, and i like them, but the bottoms have lost a lot of grip. Is there anyway to restore the shoe sole to grab the mat better when i wrestle?

Bring them in to your local shoe repair guy. Most old-school shoe shops do wonders with wrestling boots.
