My eating choices today after a body building session. Am I in a good way or bad way today?

Today I did my arms along with 2 lower body excersize as I like to work on different sections each day especially lower body since we use that the most. Well, I also ran 3 miles and did 5 hundred crunches. When I got home, I cooked up 3 pieces of flaunder with lots of garlice. While waiting, I ate some shrimp with garlic sauce. This morning, I had salad with some apples. What do you think?

    500 crunches? WOW! Well, I’m no body builder but it’s good you are eating a lot of protein. I think you should have some pasta or something though

    You need WAY more proteins if you are pushing yourself that hard. Load up on carbs before you work out and eat proteins afterwards. Baked chicken breast, organic almonds and tuna are about the best and cheap enough you can eat it every day. (Don’t eat tuna every day. . . mercury poisoning could happen) Salads are alright, even with apples but don’t eat fruit past noon. . . switch to veggies halfway through the day. Eat 6 small meals every day and you’ll be fine.

    I’m sure people on here who know me as a troll and smartass are gonna look at this and think I’m an idiot, but at one point in time, I pretty much lived in a gym and was a physical trainer after I got out of the ARMY so I actually do know what I’m talking about.
