    @austin2183 there are no studies at all that show any negative effects to creatine except for cramping if you dont drink enough water.

    man is this product safe to use? i ve never used creatine before but it is said that creatine causes damage to your liver and your heart. isnt that true?

    @calofr10 You are going to want to take about 7 grams of creatine in each day if you are using a pre workout supplement. if you are not using a pre workout supplement then you are going to want to take about 10. the best time to take creatine is immediately after your workout or on an off day, in the morning.

    @minixmike12 yes you can take it at the same time. if you’re not taking a pre workout do about two servings or 10 grams. if you are taking a pre workout then take about 6-8 grams because preworkout already has creatine in it.

    @steveh1010 yes. you should take about 10 grams a day. jack3d doesnt have 5 in it so id say between 5-7 extra is a good amount

No one wants to hear how ti tastes, how it mixes, we dont take supplements lookin for taste. . we take it for results. . thanks for your answer. . Wud be great if you put a post after a few months on your visible results after takin a cycle of creatine. .
