Clenbuterol and Cytomel ? Fast and Easy way to get rid of excess fat

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010

Diet mistakes can keep you from getting to your goal weight. But you’re not alone; many of us are guilty of one (or several!) of these weight-loss errors. For those who have a lot of weight to lose, or have been fighting the weight for years with no reaction, there are some Clenbuterol (clen) stacks that will push your body to the limit of its fat burning capabilities. Clenbuterol is very effective for fat loss. As a prescription drug in Europe, it’s also considered safe and effective for long-term use in treating asthma.

Clenbuterol is a strong stimulant and produces thermogenic effect in the body (increases body temperature) which results in increased metabolism that burns fat. Far from being a steroid, this weight loss treatment is in fact an ephedra-like product. Excess fat is shed much quicker when using it as it speeds up the metabolism and the circulatory system.

Despite of an illegal performance enhancing drug, clenbuterol is believed to be a drug to be improving muscle tone and performance. It has been used for decades by bodybuilders preparing for a contest, as the drug is a very potent aid in stripping body fat down to paper-thin levels. Female bodybuilders are particularly fond of the drug as it not only is incredibly effective for fat loss, but also provides increases in strength and muscle size without the risk of masculinizing side effects (such as facial hair and a deepening voice) seen with most anabolic steroids.

Clenbuterol is distributed in two forms: as a pill or syrup. Most users prefer the pill, as it can be carried and used discretely. Usually the Clenbuterol is taken in combination with T3 Cytomel and Ketotifen for long, fast and best results. Normally your body will not get any effect from Clenbuterol after 3 weeks. It’s believed that the loss of effect is due to the body reducing the number of Beta 2 receptors, making the drug less effective. This is why we take it with Ketotifen. The Ketotifen will keep your Beta 2 receptors in good shape, meaning you can use Clenbuterol for longer up to 6 weeks. If you would like to prolong your Clenbuterol cycles with the Ketotifen you will need to start taking the Ketotifen about a week after you start taking the Clenbuterol. Cytomel is the most common brand name for a synthetic thyroid hormone- more specifically, it’s a synthetic version of T3 (triiodothyronine). Thyroid hormones are often referred to as the metabolic regulators of the body. High levels of T3 speed up the metabolism of an individual, allowing him to burn more calories and use calories more sufficiently. Those who combine these two compounds (alternate 3 weeks of Clenbuterol then 3 weeks of t3 Cytomel) will burn an enormous amount of fat. Note that if you have any kind of thyroid problems then the Cytomel is not for you.

Clen is not harmful for humans, but like lots of other medicines you need a prescription for it. Generally, the dose is gradually increased, based on how well the drug is tolerated, to a typical daily dose range or two to four (40-80 micrograms) tablets for women and two to eight (40-160 micrograms) tablets for men. You must cycle clen, or your body will get used to it. Clen should not be taken by anyone who has not read up on how it should be consumed (cycled), etc. A clen cycle generally lasts 2 to 3 weeks with a break in between cycles lasting equal to or longer than the cycle itself. This medication if used correctly can decrease weight and relieve people of years of misery associated with their weight problem.

Are Bodybuilding Supplements The Easy Path To Muscle Building Results?

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010

Whenever the term “natural bodybuilding” is mentioned, those who participate in such a hobby think of grueling weight lifting workout sessions and disciplined bodybuilding diet routines, but one additional variable, supplementation, is deemed a requirement for any individual to succeed in building muscle mass to his or her natural bodybuilding potential. Since steroids are off limits due to their dangers, bodybuilding supplements become the “safe” and legal steroid alternative that bodybuilders feel compelled to pursue. Because so few who experiment with bodybuilding supplements have performed their weight training routines without using such products, they are unable to analyze the true effectiveness of the bodybuilding supplements they consume, and therefore, mistakenly attribute any muscle gain or fat loss to these products, even when making changes to a weight training or diet routine that, in fact, is the foundation for any successful muscle building or fat loss venture. Instead of conducting legitimate experiments to note muscle growth or fat loss with specific bodybuilding supplements using the exact same weight training and diet routine, many tend to become frustrated with their muscle gain or fat loss progress, and once they return from a vacation with newfound weight lifting enthusiasm, they not only seek out a new workout routine and diet, but also purchase several bodybuilding supplements to use simultaneously, and if they begin to grow or lose fat, they do not credit the weight lifting plan or diet, nor do they consider the muscle gain following a layoff, but rather credit the bodybuilding supplements for any positive change, even if this progress begins to fade. This skewed analysis leads bodybuilders around the world to believe that bodybuilding supplements are a prerequisite for results, and the powerful advertising found in popular bodybuilding magazines, most of whom generate the majority of their advertising profits from bodybuilding supplement manufacturers, also convinces the readers that they must, without question, rely on bodybuilding supplements as the secret weapon to maximum muscle building, especially when they see a professional bodybuilder holding the latest bottled craze in his hand, claiming he uses the product regularly (of course, he fails to mention that his results are due to steroid abuse as opposed to supplement use!). Nevertheless, the overwhelming message sent by the bodybuilding industry that such products are the natural key to success fuels many to accept this as truth, and the bodybuilding supplement industry thrives as a result. But what’s the truth behind the bodybuilding supplement craze? I have been involved in weight lifting for many years, and through my own experimentation, along with emails received from those who are disappointed with their own bodybuilding supplement tests, and have therefore devised a motto that I hope all reading this article decide is logical enough to consider adopting for their own muscle building or fat loss pursuits. Most bodybuilding supplements do not offer advertised results, and you will spend thousands (or may already have) proving this to be true, but even if you were to find one that allowed you to build muscle mass or burn fat faster than is possible through a properly designed weight training workout plan and bodybuilding diet, you will then no doubt risk long term health, therefore bodybuilding supplements are best avoided. The only method of knowing for certain whether an artificially induced product will cause long term harm to health is with an extended (several decade) study as to its impact, and because no such research will ever exist on any bodybuilding supplement, you can be sure that they are labeled “safe” only because no immediate health abnormalities are noted, but as we know with smoking, legality does not ensure safety, and in the long term, there are serious concerns that bodybuilding supplements, even the many that do not offer any noticeable muscle building or fat loss results, can lead to cancer, organ failure (due to added stress on the kidneys, liver, etc), and premature death. For those bodybuilders who wish to maximize muscle gains and fat loss, yet value the term “natural” due to its connotation of health preservation and clear rejection of any potentially risky external aids towards such progress, bodybuilding supplements that claim to build muscle or burn fat faster than is possible through weight training and diet alone are clearly not an option. You can either heed my warning, or waste thousands as so many do each year searching for the ultimate steroid placement that offers no side effects, when this, in fact, is an oxymoronic statement that has no realistic way of being fulfilled.

Easy Weight Gaining Tips

Sunday, June 13th, 2010

Society has been fixated on weight loss products for a long time. With a higher number of people experiencing health concerns due to obesity and being overweight, the emphasis is much more targeted on helping people lose weight. But, what about the people who’s strongest desire is to gain weight?
Being underweight may be more common than you think. These individuals thrive to have a curvy body type. Just like those with issues of being overweight, people who are underweight often get teased and tormented about their inability to gain weight. Constantly being teased, coupled with bouts of low self esteem pushes them to seek desperate, unhealthy measures to gain weight. People with low weight issues should be aware that there are healthy ways to gain weight. Following, are three tips that show underweight individuals can gain weight the right way.
Free Weights
Lifting weight is the most important method to packing on healthy body mass and muscle size. One word of caution when listing weights is to be sure to learn proper form. Begin by incorporating exercises that will add more bulk to your lower and upper body such as squats, deadlifts, lateral raises, and push ups. For the best results, try to schedule resistance training into your workout routine 3-4 times per week. Some trainers will advise that you eliminate cardio, by only focusing on weights. However, cardio is known to have excellent affects on the body’s health. Performing cardio at low to moderate pace should not hinder your progress. But, remember to keep it low as high impact exercises such as running burns fat; quickly.
Healthy Foods
Loading up on fast food, junk food, and greasy, unsaturated foods is not the healthiest way to gain weight. In fact, these foods may be harmful to your health. To gain weight all you need to do is to add 500 more calories a day to your diet. Eating at least 3500 more calories a week in the form of healthy food choices should help add more weight to your frame.
Healthy foods include carbohydrates (simple or complex), protein, and healthy fats. Carbohydrates help your body to sustain proper energy and blood sugar levels. Consuming more protein is a good way to add extra calories. Lastly, you’ll want to eat as much healthy fats as you can until you reach your desired weight. Fats that contain omega -3 essential fatty acids are fish, flax, and walnuts are excellent choices for fats.
Supplements
If loading up on healthy food does not support your weight gain, supplements may do the trick. Certain supplements are created to help add bulk to your body. One well-known supplement product is Creatine. Creatine, a form of amino acids, is most widely used by bodybuilders to gain muscle mass and size. The supplement, glutamine is another source of healthy amino acids that may add on weight. Another supplement to add to your list is a good weight gainer that can be purchased from your local health food store. Weight gainers are high in calories, making it easier for you to reach your 3500 caloric increase easier.
Gaining weight doesn’t have to be difficult. Nor does gaining weight have to be unhealthy. Changing a few things in your diet, followed by a workout plan that incorporates free weights is all you’ll need to leave that underweight body behind. Good luck on starting your new diet and workout routine.

How to Gain Weight the Easy Way

Friday, June 11th, 2010

Gaining weight is every hardgainers dream. I remember days of standing looking in the mirror wondering why I was not getting any bigger and why I was so skinny.

Its time to stop looking at those pictures in the muscle magazines and start paying attention if you want to gain weight on your small frame.

Gaining weight is not a complicated but it does take a serious amount of dedication and will power. Weight gain can just be as hard as losing weight to some people. Not many books or magazines cater for information on how to gain weight so we have set up this website with lots of information for you.

Consume enough caloriesThe general formula for this is take your bodyweight in pounds and times it by 20. This should give you the amount of calories you need to consume to gain weight, obviously its not totally accurate and amounts will vary between individuals but it’s a good starting point.

Consume enough proteinYou must be consuming protein in order to gain muscle. Protein is the building blocks of life and you simply cannot gain any extra muscles without it you should be consuming at least 1gramme of protein per 1kg of bodyweight ideally per pound of bodyweight.

Consume regular mealsYou should be spreading your calories throughout the day ideally consuming 6-7 meals per day. By meals I don’t mean gigantic meals I mean enough protein and carbohydrates. Meals should be eaten every 2-3 hours throughout the day. A good quality weight gainer could count as a meal it doesn’t have to be all food.

Always consume protein post workoutIt is important to consume a good quality protein supplement as soon as possible after a workout your muscles will be Hungary for it.

Sleep is importantYour body grows when it is in its resting stages so try and get at least 8 hours sleep per night.

Drink plenty of water It is important that you keep your body hydrated so consume a glass of water with meals and between them.

Do not skip mealsBut if you do don’t worry to much just eat a little more on the next one

Keep increasing your caloriesEvery couple of weeks increase your calorie intake slightly to make sure that you will continue to gain more weight.

Never give upIf you find you are not making any gains, never give up try harder and keep motivated.

Keep a training diaryThis will help keep you motivated and track your progress.

Avoid alcohol and drugsThese will just diminish your gains and make you feel like crap after.

The above are what we like to call the principles of gaining weight and by following these ensures you put on the extra lbs of muscle you are seeking.

Easy Women’s Bodybuilding Tips

Monday, May 31st, 2010

I wanted to share with you some easy women’s bodybuilding tips that can help you become more successful at this sport. Many women dream of getting involved in bodybuilding, but are a little scared because there is a social stigmatism associated with it and there just isn’t much support available for women. I’ll admit it is an intimidating sport and I had to spend most of my years doing trial and error just to learn how to be successful. I’ve had my ups and downs, which made the process a lot longer than it should, but that’s how I was forced to learn. I’m going to share with you some easy women’s bodybuilding tips, so you don’t have to go through the trial and error of learning. My first tip is the most important. Bodybuilding is glamorised as a sport that is done in the gym. That lifting weights is where the magic happens and that is totally false. The real magic happens in the kitchen because the food you it is what will determine your results and your success. Get out a notebook and start recording exactly what you’re eating. Start eating every few hours to keep your metabolism high and also keeping your body in a surplus of nutrients to build muscle. Another one of my easy women’s bodybuilding tips is to focus on compound exercises over isolated ones at the gym. Isolated is basically when one muscle is worked. It is the bicep curls that people do and even though they seem effective, they really aren’t. Stick with compound and multiple movement exercises like deadlifts and squats because they promote more muscle growth.

Bodybuilding Nutrition Made Easy

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010

I was recently looking at my supplement stash and realized I hardly have anything. I mean, here’s what I’ve got: Vanilla Creme Muscle Milk, Vanilla Whey protein powder, Creatine, Glutamine, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). After I was shocked by how little in the way of supplementation I had (I don’t even take a multi-vitamin or fat burner like all the muscle mag bodybuilding shills tell me to). Quite simply, though, what I’ve got is all I need. While I pondered upon that I got to remembering how I never used to be a purest, meaning I used to have all kinds of supplements that I’d try. I wouldn’t even research before I bought. I’d read in a bodybuilding forum or website that such and such will do wonders for gains, or here’s what you can look like after taking such and such for this short period of time. I’d be seduced by the before and after shots of guys who supposedly took this such and such supplement. I was training hard but, of course, I was looking for help in achieving more gains. I’d go out to the popular vitamin store chains looking for the latest and greatest supplement, buy it, try it, and then read, oh, it even works better if you stack it with this other supplement, which by the way, we also manufacture. So, I’d get on a supplement buying binge and then $200 or $300 later I’d find out that, yeah I maybe did make some progress but maybe I could have made those gains simply through doing what I’ve always been doing – training heavy and hard and going all out in the gym.

Pick up any muscle magazine at your local bookstore and count how many pages are devoted to supplement ads, and then compare that number to the number of actual training articles (minus the stupid female bodybuilder/swimsuit articles and centerfold pull outs they now insert to get guys to buy this crap). I’ll bet you will have counted more advertisements than actual helpful, relevant articles. Why would the magazines carry all those advertisements??? Obviously, to seduce you into buying their crappy magazine, crappy and expensive supplements, and to make you poor! Yep, the magazine publishers make most of their magazine revenue by selling advertising space, not from you buying the magazine. And, another thing. Take a look at the articles they publish. If you have some magazines handy you might want to do a little comparison among a few of them. Can you identify a common theme??? I certainly can. They tend to all have the same types of articles from one issue to the next. You might see cover page headlines like: ‘Build Massive Quads’, ‘Huge Arm Training’, ‘Get Ripped For The Summer’, or some derivation thereof. These, of course, are to get you to buy the magazine. You could read every article published in today’s issues of the latest muscle mags on the market and pretty much find that information in past issues of the same magazine (or for free on the internet). I mean, come on, how many articles does it take to tell you how to grow your biceps??? So, don’t waste anymore of your money enriching the lives of the magazine publishing families.

Ok, back to my main point of how to become a supplement purest. As I mentioned in my story above I wasn’t always a purest in this regard. I tried a lot of supplements, but they were just that, a replacement for hard work in the gym – A crutch to rely on thinking I could slack off in the gym as long as I have my full range of vitamins, pills, whatever. You want to have your basics like those I listed in the beginning of this post. You’ll want creatine for muscular energy and explosive power, glutamine for faster recovery and energy, vitamin D, CLA for fat burning acceleration, muscle mass building and retention, and fish oil for, again, muscle building and retention and fat loss. You may already have these, may need to get some, or have your own set of supplements that you feel are tried and trued according to your standards and results achieved. If so, by all means continue doing what you’re doing if its working for you and you’re not going broke trying to keep up with the latest product to hit the market. The point is to get the maximum amount of results with whatever supplements you feel work for you. I find these, in combination, work the best for me. I hope they do the same for you.

7 Easy Ways to Lose Weight Fast

Sunday, April 25th, 2010

1. Drink Ice cold water. Okay I know you already know this and you probably already know ice cold water makes your body burn fat to heat the ice cold water back up to body temp, but I keep saying drink water because… A lot of people still don’t drink enough water. If you want to lose weight fast… Stop wasting your money on ugly fat-weight gainers like coffee, soda, and juices and pick up a FREE magical weight loss drink called water

2. Eat Peppered beef jerky. I can’t explain any science behind this one, but every time I eat peppered beef jerky I seem to shred a little fat and I think this is due to the spices they put in the beef jerky and some studies show that spicy foods increase your metabolism and there’s also enough protein in beef jerky to help curb your appetite

3. Kill your cravings. Eating lots of protein (nuts, jerky, fish, and chicken) raw veggies and water will kill your appetite. I promise you the sooner you get used to eating raw veggies you will stop craving for all the junk foods that made you fat in the first place.

4. Drink green tea. Hate drinking water all the time? Then sip on some green tea to increase your metabolism to burn more fat.

5. Limit carbs. This is really an emergency weight loss trick. If you stop eating carbs (or limit your carbs) you can lose 5 lbs or more real quick by burning up all the stored carbs in your body. You have about 1 pound of carbs stored in your body and each pound stored in your body has 3-4 lbs of water attached to it. So if you burn up the stored carbs in your body… The 5 lbs of water will burn up with it

6. Do something in the morning – Wake up and break a sweat for 30min in the morning. I know you hate to exercise but if you do it first thing in the morning guess what… Your body will ONLY BURN FAT because since you haven’t eaten anything yet… Your body has no choice but to feed off the stored FAT in your body for energy.

7. Walk for 10 minutes after you eat – Your body burns calories to digest the food you eat and if you walk for 10 minutes after you eat you will increase the amount of calories you burn during digestion and get his… If you eat three times a day you will easily get the 30 minutes of activity you need to lose weight (3 meals x 10 minute walks after each meal).
