I am a 5’1 female, and weigh approximately 107 lbs (I’m fifteen years old). I exercise every night, usually two hours of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), in Workout Mode (so it tells me how many calories I burn proportional to my weight), and I also follow an instructional DVD that is 30 mins long, which has been helping lately. It keeps the heart rate going and exercises all areas of the body.

However, I’m not sure if it’s doing what I want it to do. I’m getting some nice muscle in my arms, I’m starting to get abs, my butt got smaller (thank god) and my thighs are well toned (however, the work out is not male-targeted). I’m not really interested in abs or buff muscle.. I’m trying to get leaner thighs and a flat stomach.

I realize exercises usually don’t target one specific area, but some help areas more than others. What can I do to slim up my butt, thighs, and stomach, without looking too much like a bodybuilder?
If you want to suggest a diet plan, then go right ahead. Right now, my eating habits aren’t too good; all I can say for myself is I do Not drink soda, and rarely any drink with caffeine; I stick to water, juice, and milk.

My sister’s wedding is next spring and if I want to not look pregnant in the dress she picked out for me, I need to tone up. I’m used to routines that build a lot of muscle, but for this occasion I don’t want that female bodybuilder look. Does anyone know a routine that will tighten my body without looking too man-ish?
