2 45 plates
2 35 plates
2 25 ”
4 10 ”
4 5 ”
2 2.5 ”
And some dumbells : 25-45

Is it alright if I put these in my room, because the basement is right below my room. Thank you.

I tried to lose weight by weight lifting and walking but I am getting heavier. Why am I getting heavier?

I have been weight lifting real hard. Has the extra weight come from the muscle I have been putting on? I certainly am more muscular than before.
