How do this guy get so popular?

Tuesday, March 8th, 2011

I’ve been living at college dorm since 2008 fall. There are a couple girls that I like. But it really bothers me because they all find this one guy who also lives on the campus to be very attractive. Many of them have slept with him or having him models for their art works.
This guy is last thing I’d expect girls to flocks over. He have a ridiculous huge tattoo of a angel wing all way down his back, tattoo of two cowboy pistols on front of his hips, and few other tattoos which look so gay. He also is obsessed with his body eventhough he have a lot of scars. He gets his chest, tummy, and arms waxed. On top of that, he’s not big, he’s really skinny but have muscles. Yet it seems like so many artists use him as a model. I’m getting sick of seeing his pics so often.
He’s also hated by many people over here for vary reason. Most wrestling team hate him because he basically would just torture his opponent for the whole match. He rarely pin his opponent, he’d usually just slams them down as hard as he could or throws them repeatedly and get back to feet as soon as he hit the ground just to repeat the whole thing again and again and win by point. My friend who is a wrestler say few of his opponents have even foreit the match or lay down in hope he’d pin them instead of continue to hurt them. My friend also says that in practicing, this guy usually practice with other wrestlers who are 50 lbs or heavier than him because he’s just so strong and often manage to hurt other wrestlers without effort.
Other reason, he’s also very good at messing with people head. One guy once made fun of him for looking gay. He ends up slept with this guy’s girlfriend, this guy have never been the same after that. Every roommates that end up with him end up move out after a week or two. So he have a room to himself majority of the time. The only time he was even at a party is when he was there uninvited to attacks the host for using roofie on one of his female friend. The host ends up with dislocated shoulder and elbow in one arm and a concussion. The guy was gonna to take him to court until he saw there was enough proof to get him in trouble with law.
How could girls like guy who enjoy hurting people, really mess people head up, think he’s too good to party or clubbing, barely have any friends and look like a anorexic bodybuilder with bunches of fruity tattoos?

How come Female bodybuilders or Fitness Competitors not as popular as Male Bodybuilders?

    Saturday, December 25th, 2010

My friends invited me to some bodybuilding competitions this year and of course I was curious so I went for the first time. They would rotate between the Male Bodybuilding, Female Bodybuilding and Fitness Competitions. Well I noticed when the Male Bodybuilders were competing that place was jam packed; however, when the Female Bodybuilders and Fitness girls had their turn that place cleared up like the plague or as if a herd of Elephants farted in the theater. Many people went outside for a either a smoke or said to each other…”OK guys were going to the bar..be back in an hour”. For some reason I kind of felt bad for the ladies.

Why creatine monohyrdrate is one of the most popular sports supplements

      Friday, October 29th, 2010

One of the most popular but least understood sports supplements on the market is creatine monohydrate. Creatine is a compound that is made naturally in our liver, kidneys and pancreas, before being secreted into the blood and transported to tissues. It acts as an energy replenisher, and its chemical name is methylguanido-acetic acid. It has a few key benefits, the first of which is that it replenishes ATP. This is the molecule that’s broken down to release energy for muscles to contract. A study has shown that more ATP can be stored from creatine than from food, and because muscles can store ATP, this allows you to maximise the amount stored in your body. It gives you more energy to lift heavier weights, train harder and at a higher intensity. Creatine also promotes muscle growth by stimulating the synthesis of proteins. The more creatine stored in a muscle, the more water is drawn into it making it fuller and stronger. Increasing the volume of muscles in this way helps to trigger protein synthesis, minimise protein breakdown and increase glycogen synthesis. If a muscle is trained properly it could also lead to enhanced muscle growth. It can act as a lactic acid buffer too, which will help improve exercise recovery time. Lactic acid is a bi-product of anaerobic exercise, such as weight training, when oxygen doesn’t reach the muscles. It’s lactic acid which produces the burning sensation when a muscle is tired. Creatine helps to delay the onset of fatigue by acting as a buffer for the lactic acid. Creatine can help you gain weight too, which is a result of an increase in muscle tissue. The biggest increases are usually seen during the first month of its use. Creatine monohydrate is the most popular form of creatine, because its virtually tasteless, dissolves well in water and is the most effective. Whilst numerous studies show that the use of creatine monohydrate is safe, even in large quantities, there are some side effects. It can cause mild irritation to the stomach and nausea for a short while, due to the amount of water retention caused by taking the supplement. This can be unpleasant, but is harmless and minimised if you consume lots of fluid.
