I’ve been taking Mass XXX (high calories) and creatine before I lift. After I work out I take the Wheybolic because it absorbs faster. Does this sound right? I’ve beefed up quite a bit and become much more toned as well (I run often), but I want maximum gains with muscle tone being more important than muscle mass. Does this sound like the right way to stack my supplements?

when should i take a weight gainer?
Wednesday, March 30th, 2011ok so starting today for summer vacation i will be taking a weight gainer at my gym. I am 140lbs and need to bulk up for baseball. When would be the best time to take it before or after? If i took it before wouldn’t it be nauseating to work out with it all in your stomach and after wouldn’t it be bad to consume it if your not working out when taking it afterward? please help

I’m dieting and exercising the best I can do (Bad back), drinking plenty of water and still not losing anything. Sunday, March 27th, 2011I have been working 2 different muscle groups on each day I work out, mon/wed/fri, while doing cardio almost every day. I have started to take creatine ethyl ester, I believe thats how you spell it, anyway I’m being told by friends that I should start working out every weekday and take weekends off. Is this a smart idea or should I keep doing what I have been doing? I’m trying to build muscle faster but I don’t wanna accedentally go overboard.
