ok so starting today for summer vacation i will be taking a weight gainer at my gym. I am 140lbs and need to bulk up for baseball. When would be the best time to take it before or after? If i took it before wouldn’t it be nauseating to work out with it all in your stomach and after wouldn’t it be bad to consume it if your not working out when taking it afterward? please help
