  1. THISisPROVEAUX says:

@MikeSchiemerCPT would the Creatine still be beneficial?

  2. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@THISisPROVEAUX Because of your extremely high metabolism, you will have to eat like a machine to put on weight. Eat every hour or 2, eat plenty before you go to sleep (including plenty of protein), and don’t worry about eating calories that might not be “clean” (That means some junk food won’t hurt you right now so I’d rather have you eat some junk food than no food at all). It is not easy buying and eating that much food, you won’t be hungry all the time but you have to eat anyways, good luck

  3. THISisPROVEAUX says:

    @MikeSchiemerCPT im 18 6’1″ 137 pounds. and i have a pretty high metabolism.

  4. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@THISisPROVEAUX I think that should be doable, you’ll have to drink a ton of water and protein though on top of this product. Tons of calories. Lift heavy and only 4 days a week, no cardio. A lot of the weight you gain will be water weight, but also a pound or two of fat and a pound or two of muscle. It really all depends on a lot of other factors like your age, prior ability to put on weight/muscle, and most of the water weight will just be temporary. Give me some more info on your situation

  5. THISisPROVEAUX says:

If i use this in two shake a day everyday for like 2 1/2 weeks and work out a little. do you think i will beable to gain 7lbs of water weight/muscle? I plan on really working out but i need to atleast gain 7lbs by the 25th of this month. THanks

  6. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@ItalianPrestige You need to mix it in some liquid unless you want to just eat the chalky powder alone lol. But yes you need to increase the amount of water and liquids you take in when you are taking creatine to minimize risk of dehydration or kidney stress. I would drink an extra 16 oz of water each day that you take supplemental creatine.

  7. ItalianPrestige says:

Does the GNC brand Creatine require any water intake?

  8. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@IronLegend76 Finally some good input haha. True, GNC does use cheap and poor quality ingredients in many of their supplements. German micronized protein and other similar quality products are definitely superior but more expensive, you’ll have to decide for yourself which kind you choose. Thank you for contributing.

  9. IronLegend76 says:

GNC uses cheap Chinese grade materials in they’re creatine. Do not buy. The German grade CREAPURE i what you want. Thanks.

  10. fshfrghedht64 says:

@MikeSchiemerCPT ohhh right and by water rentention do you meen that you need to drink alot of water with it cause i bought some to day and my intructer said to take it 3 times a day for about a week and to see how it goes and he aslo said about drinking alot of water aswell

  11. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@fshfrghedht64 Good question. Yes creatine monohydrate works for most people, I have heard of it being less effective for some though. “Normal Creatine” is creatine monohydrate, the other stuff is more advanced forms of creatine that are in a different chemical form and/or combined with other precursors and syngergistic compounds. Creatine monohydrate is simple, effective, and cheap but it may cause more water retention/bloating than more advanced forms.

  12. fshfrghedht64 says:

deos this creatine monohydrate reli work ive heard alot of good things about it sombody told me once not to use the normal creatine stuff whats the diffrence between the monohydrate and the normal creatine

  13. JasionJones says:

@MikeSchiemerCPT So does Creatine just add water to the muscles and not give you strenght but only size? Also does it make your muscles soft instead of hard?

  14. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@ha9223 Trust me no offense taken. There are several reasons for my lack of definition right now. Some include the lighting, poor quality of video, and lack of flexing. . . but mostly I have had a very difficult and busy year in many ways and I haven’t practiced what I preached enough. My bodyfat has been around 13-14% most of 2010 compared to 8-12% that it normally is. If you check out my videos in the future, you will see improvement. Very little to do with the creatine. Thanks for watching.

  15. ha9223 says:

don’t mind me saying this, but you dont seem that toned, and i can see yur muscular but its not very toned or ripped, do you think that could be because of the creating flooding your muscles with water and making them softer, or just because you dont train to be toned?

  16. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@BigSamFoSho I don’t mean to be critical but one of the most ridiculous examples of biased supplement reviews in action is LevroneReport and his Levrone Formula haha. I’m sure it’s not a bad product and I haven’t personally taken it but he claims it works miracles haha, very exaggerated claims.

  17. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@BigSamFoSho Ya I have no endorsements with supplement companies and will just keep telling it like it is based on scientific research, personal experience, the experiences of those I know and trust, and the value of the product. I personally hate when people waste money on a supplement they could get cheaper or one that doesn’t work at all! Ya Lee Hayward seems very legit, Scott Herman is sponsored by BSN, Scooby is unbiased but not much of a supplement guy. Not sure about Vince Delmonte

  18. BigSamFoSho says:

This video is the real deal, I watched Scott Hermann and Nick Wright’s reviews and they recommend certain products. . . only later I realized that they were sponsored by the products in questions.

Mike and Lee Hayward are the only trustworthy sources here

  19. TheBardyCharver says:

@MikeSchiemerCPT Nice one Mike, I’m due to go back on it on the 10 th Dec, but I think I’ll just give it a miss now. I’ll stick to my adequate hydration, good diet and portein isolate.

  20. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@TheBardyCharver For some people creatine monohydrate can cause cramping, muscle spasms, or digestive issues and I’d advise either to try more advanced forms of creatine or just avoid it all together. Make sure to stay hydrated and with enough electrolytes. If you don’t want to use creatine, it’s not the end of the world it’s not a necessity. Good luck on your fitness goals! Thanks for watching and commenting

  21. TheBardyCharver says:

I use the monohydrate but sometimes ona n evening i can get slight stomach cramps, nothing too bad but uncomfortable at the same time. It ceases immediately as soon as I finish my cycle. Good luck with everything :-)

  22. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@tesla1961 That is true, I do need to work more delts/upper chest and less lower chest, also I am working on getting back in shape and losing some bodyfat. Thanks for watching good sir!

  23. tesla1961 says:

    hi vrind
i am dutch ,i used it before i am 49 years old and stil look good.
whit body bulding take it easy ,wen your older you sorry fore the big mass.
dont train the lower chest its big .
but every body have diferend goal.

  24. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@tesla1961 Ummm what’s a BH? Also, unless you are a phd in biochemistry, nutrition, or physiology I know more than you do about creatine. Look at the research and prove to me that creatine is bad for someone with fully functioning kidneys. I’ll be waiting, but I’m sure I’ll be waiting for a long time as you have nothing to support your statement. . .

  25. MikeSchiemerCPT says:

@OnnomonnomonnO I know I don’t know what the hell happened with the sound on some of these videos. I’ll try to minimize issues like that in the future. Thanks for watching and check out my new workout vids I will be posting later today and tomorrow! Thanks
