I am 6’0 and 150 lbs. I am skinny but have alot of muscle and good abs. I would like to gain some weight maybe to 190 and still maintain my muscle and tone. Which would be more practical both financially and physically to use, Weight Gainer or Whey Protein? I work out everyday for 4 hours so I really cant gain weight as easily as others.

I definately recommend using Whey protein. That’s all you really need as far as supplments go. Try to get the rest of your nutrients from food.
Work out less than that. Anything more than an hour and your body will start to self canibalize itself, reducing your muscle.
Consue 1-2 grams of protein per pound. . So eat 150-300 g of protein a day.

First, if you are trying to gain weight, working out 4 hours a day will not help. You need some brief, heavy, weight workouts with plenty of clean food and sleep.
If you are having trouble with gaining weight, a weight gainer might help. Although you could get a good whey protein and add some high calorie foods to your diet such as avacodo, peanut butter, almonds, and oil oil.
Start with a solid nutrition plan, with a majority of your protein coming from whole proteins. You can always substitute with a good quality pure whey protein. Good luck
