What I Do For Working Out/Supplements


Reply to a video tag from “Gay Father Workout…Tag Video” by DepFox www.youtube.com I could not film in the gym or my marital arts so the closest I could do is a description. The supplements I take are: 100% Whey protein (Costco/Sam’s Club) Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement (GNC) Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder (BulkNutrition) and Micronized GL3 Glutamine (BulkNutrition.com). Supplements are crucial for my muscle growth which otherwise wouldn’t grow at all and I’d still be a 180 pound shrimp with a high metabolism. I had to do weight gainer to “undo” this. (Available at some gyms). If I had to pick one of these I’d pick Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement (GNC) and I’d also pick GNC as the store I’d get it from as well. Be sure to ask if you are ever in a store what the best stuff on the market is. They constantly are making better stuff and if you take the pill supplements after 30 days of taking them straight you have to take 7 days off since your body goes into “homeostasis” I’ve heard and you’ll notice you’ll stop getting bigger from it.

    @babeboyp Thanks! I especially liked the pill pack from GNC I mentioned; which is extremely helpful and also gives your daily vitamins and energy as well as muscle mass; Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement (GNC). I regret not doing this video in my tank top to look buff; but I tend to make videos in whatever I’m wearing at the time.

    Awesome supp selection! Glutamine is an excellent supp not only for sending nutrition to your muscle but it’s also very good for the immune system.
    You’re so right about everyone having their own favorite in supp brands. It’s kind of funny.

    @SugarInHisBlood I never had that problem but I also don’t gain weight unless I eat lots of desserts.

    @SillyGayBoy I used to do the chocolate all the time. Then I decided too much of the whey was adding fat instead of muscle. I stopped using it.

    @SugarInHisBlood I tried soy protein from Trader Joes and it tasted awful (and I drink soy milk so that’s unusual). The chocolate whey protein stuff tastes good though. By the way (for others) the white powder supplements I mentioned do not taste good and I’ll mix them with the chocolate whey protein mix.

    @jon91xp I really don’t have much to say about that; not enough for a video. Some people do weird stuff with collecting friends like guys that look good with their shirt off. I also think people will add people just to see more of their pictures and then delete them later; just a suspicion I have.

    video suggestion/question: what is your opinion on gay men that are on facebook or other sites, that seem to request all the gay men they can find. For example i got a random friend request on facebook from a guy, only to see that all his profile consist of was him collecting gay men as friends and very graphic/sexual statuses.
