/weight training… for the amateur and intermediate? Besides The Bodybuilding Bible for Men (which is a great read), what is a better book or read online that gives advice on the mental part of it all- the ‘mind-body connection’ (as mentioned in book above). Something motivating and real- not phony in terms of expectations of a certain workout.

the encylopedia of modern bodybuilding by ARNOLD SCWARZENGER is the greatest all time classic book of modern bodybuilding. . its great. . . and they have a revised edition. . it tells u everything. . and there are great photos of arnold there
There is a great book called “we’re here to pomp, you up!” its by haans and fraans(of SNL) you can get it at any borders or barnes and noble store. Hope this help tough guy!
