    yeah decide how many calories you want to eat based on exercise, as a rough guide I would suggest about 2000. Then get these calories from protein:carbs:fat in a decent ratio, again as a rough guide 50:30:20. Since this is a much higher ratio of protein than a normal diet whey protein can help a lot. You should do some research into calories and ratios to experiment with your ideal diet.
