    cardio is a work out that strenghtens your heart and bodybuilding strenghtens your muscles

    Cardio= Cardiovascular, meaning u do exercise for the benefits of your respiratory system. To have stronger lungs, heart, better blood flow, better health in general.

    Bodybuilding: is basically taking a lot of protein and creatine in order to increase the muscle. Bodybuilder in general does not do cardio and concentrate only in weight lifting.

    cardio is. . the heartbeat, sth fast and vigorous like boxing, running,etc. this usually sheds fat off and doesn’t build much muscle mass. I. e. you mainly lose weight. Bodybuilding is. . heavy weights lifting, for example any type of strength exercise. There you normally build muscle mass. . . and it’s not necessary that you lose fat. . you may build more muscles under the fat.
