a little of each goes a long way.
whey is dried milk without any fat. it is good for building muscle and improving your health.

Weight gainer mixes are just buckets of calories. Their meant to help you increase your daily caloric intake so that you can gain weight. Protein powders are concentrated sources of protein so that you can build muscle.

I’d recommend just taking the protein powder and then eating more rather than taking a weight gainer. A lot of the calories from the weight gainers will be stored as fat. Bodybuilders realize this when they take them, but are ok with it because they plan on cutting later.

Honestly, I don’t know which product is better but I suggest you try drinking milk with honey.. I read that in a magazine.ü

Cheeseburgers and Ben&Jerry’s ice cream. You can have the “weightgainer” for breakfast, with pancakes& sausage…That should do it.
