what kind of Weight lifting supplements?

I’ve heard PVL creatine is a good supplement to use. Has anyone had any good results with creatine? and what are some good loading schedules?

any other supplements that will get me big fast? like steroids.. but NOT lol.

    Creatine, protein and maybe CLA. thats all you need

    Make sure to consult a trainer first to make sure your age and lifting regiment is appropriate for you, but metarex is very decent supplement that actually doesnt taste terrible like most of them.
