Im 17 years old an i am only 122 lbs an all bone. i wanna gain weight by eating but i have alot of allergies so its hard to eat properly so i thought supplements would be the best way to go so please let me know.

I would recommend just using a protein/ carb shake drink designed for gaining weight, such as Maximuscle Progain [tm] (linked below) and have one or two a day
also, try to structure your meals into
Breakfast (porridge or non-sugary cereal, etc)
Snack (a piece of fruit or nuts or seeds, etc and/ or a protein shake)
Lunch (plenty of protein & carbs along with veg )
example: a baked potato with tuna or beans & bacon with salad on the side, etc
Snack (again- piece of fruit/ nuts/ seeds, etc and/ or protein shake)
Dinner (plenty of protein, slightly less carbs, plenty of veg
example: baked chicken with onions, peppers & spices
