What Will Brink – noted authority on supplements – uses in his personal supplement intake. www.brinkzone.com Im often asked what I use personally for supplements, or what brands I personally use, and other questions regarding supplements I prefer. So, instead of writing out a long list of supplements and other info, I thought I would take people for a video tour of my personal supplement stash which will (hopefully!) answer most questions I get about which supplements I personally use. Now, what I use may or may not be what YOU should use, so this is not a video endorsing or recommending anything beyond what I have in my personal supplement intake. Enjoy! More: www.brinkzone.com

Wow! That’s a lot of supplements! How do you find the time to take all of these? What is your system for taking them?
My post-workout shake consists of whey protein, creatine, and a BCAA/glutamine mix. Does that seem like a good post-workout shake or do you have any suggestions for what i should add or take out?
@AndrewT411
Yes, every day. There’s a section dedicated to creatine issues on this YT page also, so check those out also.
Will should you take creatine on non workout days.
What’s funny is, many have accused me of being “anti supplement” due to my articles, which tend to show how worthless some supplements are. Plenty of supplements are worth using, and I use them as you can see. If you know what’s worth using – via my articles and ebooks for example – then you know what I use and why. . .
Some people are really weird! Do you know I had just eaten a tuna salad I took for work lunch,then afterwards i took my supplements,which on that day were some omega oil capsules,Glucosamin,Pomegranite extract,and a multi vit-this fat overweight guy who had just eaten a bag of pastries for lunch turned to me and said”God Man!Dont you worry about your liver taking all those pills!”. I find it mind numbing how ignorant to health some people are!Your ebook is great by the way Will!!
