Currently i use a double portion of muscle milk after my workouts. However, i have yet to see any weight gain. My bench max is 240 and steadily increasing but thats the only thing increasing. Which weight gainer would benefit me the most?
-Im 16 years old, and 160 pounds, 6 foot 2
are u trying 2 gain weight? or does this have 2 do with lifting weights? if u want to gain weigh just sit on ur couch all day eating junk food and watching tv

What you want is muscle mass, which is wayy diff from weight. Get a fat analysis. Im guessing your weight is staying the same, but you are getting more cut IE less fat.
Dyamatize Mega Gainer got a few carbs and still 32grams of protein but its good for putting on overall size… muscle milk is crap and take the mega gainer 3 times a day once in the morning once after you lift and once late at night to keep your testosterone up while you sleep.. if you load up on carbs too it will help to put weight on but eat eggs, red meat, chicken fish for protein..
