Why do some females have a drive to be so thin?

If you look at alot of celebrities, most of them always end up being rail-thin. And remember the photo shopped Ralph Lauren model a few months back? Where they made that girl look basically anorexic? The truth is most people prefer women who are curvy, or even chubby. It’s the opposite with men. With men, you have to be pumped up w/ perfect abs and huge arms lol, and I seriously doubt too many people are turned on by those really HUGE types of bodybuilders.
