   because most people who are body builders are not smart enough to use a computer

   I feel you, Phillip. I’ve been bodybuilding for years now and I have to sift through the diet and fitness section just to find worthwhile questions about bodybuilding. We should just make this our bodybuilding forum haha

   well you can ask them here, if I see them I answer them, but yes, there should be a weightlifting sub section, maybe there is in sports.
